With a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Upendo excels in planning, executing, and closing projects to meet our organizational objectives. She defines project scope, goals, and deliverables, develops comprehensive project plans and schedules, and diligently monitors progress, addressing any issues that arise. Reporting project status to senior management, Upendo’s commitment and expertise ensure the successful completion of our initiatives, making her an essential member of our passionate team.

She is responsible for implementing our programs and policies within the Arusha region, coordinating activities and projects with enthusiasm and precision. Acting as a vital link between the head office and regional offices, Cherryhappy diligently monitors and reports on regional performance, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. She builds and maintains strong relationships with local stakeholders, effectively addressing any regional issues or challenges. Reporting to the Project Manager and the Board of Directors when required, Cherryhappy’s commitment and leadership are crucial to our regional success

Lightness Urassa, our Treasurer, is a dedicated and meticulous member of Hakiki Ndoto Yako Organization. With an Ordinary Diploma in Community Development, Lightness oversees the financial management of our organization, ensuring that all financial policies and procedures are strictly followed. She is responsible for financial reporting and accounting, providing accurate and timely reports to the Director of Operations and the Board of Directors when needed. Lightness’s commitment to transparency and precision in financial matters makes her an invaluable asset to our team.

Julius Nnko, our talented Information Technology Officer, is a key player at Hakiki Ndoto Yako Organization. With a Bachelor’s degree in Participatory Planning Project, Julius expertly manages our technology infrastructure and IT strategy. He develops and implements robust IT policies and systems, ensuring our infrastructure is reliable, secure, and scalable. Julius oversees IT support and maintenance, staying updated with the latest technology trends and integrating new technologies as needed. Reporting to the Director of Planning and Management and the Board of Directors, Julius’s expertise and dedication are crucial to our organization’s success.

Godliving Mmari, our Regional Coordinator for Kilimanjaro, plays a pivotal role at Hakiki Ndoto Yako Organization. He is responsible for implementing our programs and policies at the regional level, coordinating activities and projects, and acting as a crucial liaison between the head office and regional offices. Godliving diligently monitors and reports on regional performance, ensuring compliance with organizational policies. He builds and maintains strong relationships with local stakeholders, addressing any issues or challenges that arise. Reporting to the Project Manager and the Board of Directors when needed, Godliving’s dedication and leadership are essential to our regional success.

Godlisten Mbise, our Regional Coordinator for Iringa, is a dedicated and proactive member of Hakiki Ndoto Yako Organization. He leads the implementation of our programs and policies within his region, coordinating activities and projects with precision and enthusiasm. Acting as a crucial intermediary between the head office and regional offices, Godlisten meticulously monitors and reports on regional performance, ensuring strict adherence to organizational standards.
